The beer was okay we drank half of it and took off. Much better places near by.
Wonderful, locally owned and operated brewery. We came for the beer (18 taps) and stayed for the music. We met so many nice people. The food cart was also awesome.
Not very good at all. Like other so-called craft breweries, short cuts to get the brew to tap like heavy dextrose (corn sugar) adjunct addition to spur yeast to ferment with great brewery intended haste and probably poor thermal control as the yeast eats the sugars from the grain bill, adding more heat load with poor thermal control, and the added dextrose sugar, probably in a nutrient-poor environment.in the wort-come-beer.
