Ever since a bad car accident in 1998 when I needed facial reconstruction, but the 1st thing done was I was put in the dentists chair, I've had a great deal of avoidance regarding the dentist. Dr. Woerz has gone a long way in suspending this decades long practice. He was kind, patient, and genuinely interested in getting to know me as a new patient and understand the reasons for my fear. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experiences at this dental office have been consistently frustrating. Every single time I’ve had an appointment, I was taken back at least 30 minutes past my scheduled time—with no explanation or apology. Anna is incredibly rude. She doesn’t even greet people when they walk in the door. The most upsetting experience, though, was when I was already seated in the chair and overheard staff in the hallway talking about me—saying I’m “always late.” I was shocked. I always enjoy going to the dentist. Heather is not only a professional but an utter joy to spend dental time with. I appreciate when I ask about anything it is readily addressed and services are not pushed on me. Dr Woerz it always thorough and never rushed. I love to brag about my dentist! Don’t ever retire!!
