I feel that I must tell my story of my terrible experience with the Chaleur Veterinary Hospital located in Beresford NB. I moved, with my precious American Cocker Spaniel, to New Brunswick within the past year from Edmonton. The beginning of September Cody required assistance from a veterinarian. He took sick on the Sunday and I called on Monday, leaving two messages to please call me. My dog had a vet at this clinic when she started having problems and was eventually diagnosed with lymphoma. We treated her with prednisone which put my dog in remission for a few months. The vet told me that when the time came (when she was suffering too much and had no quality of life) to bring her in for euthanasia. We took our dog here after she ate some sand on the beach and became ill. They saw her last minute and showed great care in diagnosing our pup, getting her x-rays to pinpoint the issue as well as medication both to help immediately and once we brought her home. Prices were fair for an emergency visit. We don’t know what the outcome could have been if she went untreated and now we don’t have to because of the care and expertise shown by the veterinarians at this clinic.
J'ai eu a consulté en urgence le 9 août pour mon chien de 16 ans qui n'allait pas bien pendant que nous étions en vacance. La Dre. Chiasson et la technicienne Tanya ont donné un service incroyable. Un énorme patience avec ma petite Gucci. Après plusieurs tests nous avons décidé de donner une chance à Gucci. Elles ont été très patiente avec moi aussi, car maman était en peine. Elles ont su me mettre en confiance. Maintenant il reste seulement a voir si Gucci va bien répondre aux médicaments.
