Rude staff, over priced. Don't care about your pets unfortunately. Ridiculous and extremely sad they are taking advantage of the elderly.
Impossible to get in touch with these guys. You play phone tag with them and eventually give up trying to get through. Their hours of operation are a ridiculous timeframe. I assume the only reason these guys are still in business is because their fees are higher than other places.
