1750 Sunset Dr, Bathurst, NB, E2A 4L7, Canada
Get directionsWe waited over 3 hours in the Bathurst ER with our 6-month-old baby from 7:20pm to 10:30pm. We had no choice but to leave because it was almost 11 PM and my baby had been awake since 7PM. People kept saying babies are a priority, but we were never called. When I asked the nurse before leaving, she told me my baby still had to wait for two more patients. What on earth is that? We understand ambulances come first, but after that, there was no priority all. IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE DIDN’T EXPECT AND THE WORST HEALTHCARE E... read more

I am in Ontario and it’s so frustrat... read more
Spent more than 8h there, and was made wait on purpose. Anyone who comes after me (no matter the case and even if mine is more urgent than theirs) was being seen and i was being ignored. At a certain point I was alone in the waiting room for a few hours without being seen and someone who arrived with a minor case was seen right away. So why was i being ignored on purpose? Is it a form of discrimination? The nurse didn't even probe enough or ask how intense my pain is but assumed it was not urgent. I explained 2 times after e... read more
if i could a - into the stars i would. Even if you come into the hospital with an ambulance with stroke like systems be prepared to be evaluated by a nurse, who doesn't even look at you, then given a bracelet and put in the er. I have seen myself waiting almost twelve hours to see a doctor because my seizures will not end. They always just scratch there heads like they dont know what they're doing. Its also not very friendly, one doctor if yer lucky on staff in the er at a time. Nurses who just seem to be cold and uncaring. ... read more
