I placed an order for a 613 frontal on the 10th of December, the website states 3-7 business days for processing. Okay so I wait within that timeframe, once I didn’t receive shipping I started to send out emails to the company.... no response, I send a follow up email the next day as well as a DM on Instagram, comment under the post and sent and text the number they have for contact... no response.
