Our gathering at Chalets HH was an absolute delight for our group of family and friends! Surprisingly close to Columbus, Chalets HH made for the perfect mini-vacation. Its proximity to hiking trails made it a breeze for us to explore the natures beauty together. Beware they will refill your hot tub literally right before you check in and unfortunately you can’t use it until midnight. Very disappointed to say the least. We called the office and they had excuses for excuses 😡. Anniversary weekend ruined….. We definitely don’t recommend this company.
The setting was great for the saunas but the saunas were cold for the first 25 minutes. It was very disappointing. Updated- I did let the front desk know as we left and they acted like it was normal.
Last night of a 4 day stay and I can't believe how nice this place is. I have stayed in various cabins, for special events, for the last 3 years. It's calm and peaceful and if you do everything right, you don't even have to talk to anyone. You set everything up online and the day of your stay you get a text & phone call with the door lock code and all of the specifics. The cabins are very clean and very well maintained.
