Stayed at hidden heights for 3 days. Very nice place/ clean property. easy check—in check- out. Good communication. The property could use some minor maintenance things like broken light switches, loose door handles. Those type of things. Nothing that ruined our stay there. we really enjoyed our visit and hope to come back
Infested with mice. Fresh Mouse droppings everywhere and returned after area was cleaned and sanitized. Clearly not a new problem as I just noted many other similar complaints. 😞 Called to complain. Barely an apology and will “try to get in touch with housekeeping” This is not a housekeeping problem. This is an infestation that requires professional intervention Save your money. Very disappointed James Feheany was with us and reserved this location. We were a part of this reservation.
Took my husband for his 35th birthday. We stayed at Elk. The space was a chilly 72 degrees inside perfect for the 95 degree heat. The inside was clean and well equipped for our two night stay. We had a small fire one evening outside in the fire ring and used the hot tub both evenings. Checking in and out was streamline. I was impressed there was enought clean towels for each of us to shower each day and use a clean towel. They will replace them if you take the old ones to the office. We will certainly go back
My daughter and I stayed in Aframe 2 and it was very clean. Tha hottub was so nice after a day of hiking. We used the firepit to roast marshmallows and make smores. Its a beautiful area in the middle of all the local activities. Aframe 2 is in the woods and the sunrise coming through the trees was beautiful every morning. We loved our stay ❤️
