One of the cleaner, nicer, best kept trailer parks in the area. Great management(Joanna) Great maintenance(Marty). Clean. Quiet. Well kept pool. I would be surprised if they don't have a waiting list to get into this place, cuz it's that nice. For sure worth checking out of you're in the market for such a place.
It's very quiet and trendy 55 and over community.... very safe and quiet... friendly neighbors that talk and speak with each other... plenty of flowers and plants ...pet friendly and very respectful to each other.
The place has really gone down. People now hang clothes on line, park on both sides of street so a car can't get through, no one adheres to rules and policies. It's turned ghetto. What a shame.
Well my boyfriend was looking at rhis place went through qhole rbinf and not one single person gave us a call .
Neighborhood is not that great. People there are friendly but place needs better Mobil home upkeep
