I stayed here with my two kids for two nights. The bedrooms had a lot of natural light- and one had a door to close for privacy. We really enjoyed the fold out couch for movie watching- and the kitchen had the essentials for cooking. A little bottle of olive oil was also provided. No other spices than salt and pepper. We had high hopes for this place based on the photos and reviews. We're only giving it 2 stars because Michael in customer service was great. We booked our room #2 well in advance and when we arrived at about 8pm, there were no instructions on how to get into our chalet. For the hours on the way up, we called the number at least 10x and only give you option #1 new reservations and #2 for existing reservations. #2 would only say, we currently stepped away but would be back. Tidal House is such a gem in Ocean Shores. The units have been nicely updated while still keeping its coastal charm. It’s quaint, comfortable and clean. Our chalet had beautiful natural light, which made the space feel relaxing. We loved being able to walk easily to the beach (a short walk just over the dunes behind the property), and the location across from a great donut and coffee spot was a fun bonus. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. A perfect little coastal stay - so we will be back!
I would not book this place in the cold months,the bedroom upstairs only had a portable oil filled heater that took a while to bring the temperature up.
