The room was very nice and clean. Decent location close to restaurants and shops. Bonus that it's pet friendly but there isn't any grass for pets to pee on. The lights outside were very bright and it looked like daylight in the room so we didn't get much sleep. The parking is also quite tight trying to park next to the room. The road can also be very busy making it a challenge to get into the motel and noisy at night. I wouldn't stay here again.
Rooms very clean. Modern. Staff are polite. Great prices. Highly recommend. Will be returning again. Awesome stay.
We stayed here a month ago. The sheets and Pillows had blood stains all over them. The room was very unhygenic and not clean. We have been trying to speak with the staff via email and phone on several occasions (approx 10 emails and 5 phone calls) to only be met with disrespect and blaming us. The room service did not clean the room stating they were too tired as they hadn't slept. Would prefer to give zero stars. Do not recommend. Extremely disappointed and disgusting...
Extremely disappointed with this accommodation! Booked them via bookings.com on a Tuesday for a work trip and due to flooding weather conditions in the region cancelled my booking on the Wednesday and was informed Thursday that the cancellation fee of the whole booking would still be applied even though I wouldn’t be staying there because of a $30 booking.com commission fee that was 5 times less than what the additional money they would make from me for not staying. Lovely motel, relatively quiet as in hardly any road noise in rooms. Very clean and well maintained and great rates.
