Only reason it looses a star is due to some apparent lack of effort regarding cleaning. We're just used to rental properties being better swept/vacummed and the dryer not being full of bed linen. We also had no dishwasher detergent and only one pouch of chemical for the spa was left. But staff were keen to respond to our email queries and we would rent again. The place is beautiful.
