People just like to complain...seriously this place was awesome, very cosy, I have the best sleep, breakfast in the morning, the place looks exactly as in the photos, it has a sauna too.. feels like home once you check in, the staff was very friendly and tea and coffee available for free self-serving in the reception area.... free parking... a kitchen ..TV room...great heating over night..BBQ area too...lovely place...
We were there recently. First time ever in a chalet. Staffs are very friendly. Free breakfast was amazing.
Humble, warm, cosy, friendly and inviting. “Pom” and Ann were wonderful hosts who made first time visitors to Jindabyne feel very welcome. The room was ours for a week and we were glad to come back to it each night. We had a king-sized bed, (which was excellent to sleep in and we both said we rested exceptionally well in that bed) and the kids had a double bunk. Our stay here was awesome. Great service, breakfast was far beyond expectations, facilities were great. 15 minute walk to the shops. Only challenge was a lack of space for luggage in the 6 person room. Will definitely stay here next time.
We had a fantastic stay for our 3 nights. Our room had a private bathroom, small bar fridge, TV and cupboard. Having breakfast included made mornings easy. plenty of spaces to relax and the pool table was a hit. Drying room and ski storage area available as well. I would definitely recommend a stay at chalet jindabyne.
