The room was clean enough but a bit shabby and had a musty smell (the motel is right next to a small tidal pond). Bed is high for a short person but otherwise comfortable. This is an older motel that's been refurbished. Bottled water and teabags are available in the office, which also provides a continental breakfast. There are chairs or benches on the covered walkway outside most rooms. Pretty location right on route 25A.

Enjoyed an anniversary get away at Chalet Inn & Suites. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, rooms are large, clean and a great use of space. Bed was extremely comfy with very nice linens. Bathroom had a nice walk in shower. Water pressure and temperature were great. Best of all was the salt water pool. Very refreshing during the hot weather. Two small issues. Reasonably well maintained. I had 2 rooms. The lower floor was a bit like a dungeon, musty and damp. The upper floor was better, brighter and not musty. Nice pool!
