My husband and I booked a room last night at 9 p.m. James had specifically assured my husband that if we were unsure about our ability to make it there, there would be no cancellation fee. However, we called again to inform them that we are still on the road and that the trip would exceed 15 hours. We are uncertain whether we can stay tonight, and it would have to be tomorrow upon our arrival. Now, they are claiming that we cannot get our money back because it was not 48 hours in advance. This facility is in a beautiful location, very scenic. It’s not ultra modern, which I like, and it’s very clean and accommodating! Management staff are friendly and caring!
