Rooms need remodeling bad. Not very attractive.
Very disappointing. Timeshare is very dated, the management company is awful and not transparent, maintenance fees are paid and you still have furniture from 1984, things that were promised for the Resort, did not happen or were bandaid with refurbished appliances and furniture, took over 20 years to get mattresses and have gone through 3 management companies.
Amazing! Christie at check-in was stellar! Made it a great stay for our family. Highly recommend Chalet High!
Great fitness center!
My family and I spent 3 nights at the Chalet High Resort in early November. We booked a 3 bedroom multi-level dwelling for a very reasonable rate. The staff was pleasant, exceedingly friendly, and very knowledgeable about the area. The grounds were well maintained and the resort atmosphere was very peaceful. Although the unit was very spacious, it unfortunately was outdated and the carpet was filthy. The rugs had an ick factor but not an unpleasant odor.
