Never let me down! Very polite service, and the clothes are super clean. There is no lingering odor.I've asked them for ridiculous turnaround times, and they've never even blinked.Best part: They even sewed a button on multiple shirts I was missing--free of charge! Really, does any place in America do stuff like this anymore?They also have a brand new location located in the old library in the Chalet Mall.Love 'em, don't change!
Poor Customer Service I went in to the new Chalet Dry Cleaners on Summitview and dropped off a comforter and said that there is pet hair and we would like it removed and dry cleaned. They said no problem... they gave us a ticket for $29.81. Went to pick it up with the ticket for $29.81 and the bill was $40.95. I said what's going on? They said to remove the pet hair took a long time and the cost of two rollers, so we are charging you for it.
