I had a trip and fall incident which resulted in 3 major neck and back surgeries. Decided to file a lawsuit which I've never done before. I'm glad I decided to work with Russell Hatten. Russell was great to explain the process, sensitive to my limitations as I went through the healing process and patient in taking me through all the necessary steps. I was happy with resolution of the lawsuit. I didn't want to go to trial and we were able to resolve without having to do that. I would highly recommend Russell.

First class operation. Was able to contact and begin working with Evan Banker from my hospital bed. Extremely experienced. Communications was outstanding. Hope to never use their services again but would again in a heartbeat. Evan was able to get that all that there was to get for my accident...and in a timely fashion.
