We enjoyed the variety, quality and presentation of this crystal shop. I will definitely return. The customer service was helpful and attentive. I accidentally picked up some other stone bracelet next to unakite and she noticed while ringing up because she heard us talking about unakite. Her attention to detail and correcting my discrepancy was the sweetest thing ever. Bracelets are beautifully made, nice quality and run a little big for our 6cm wrists. I had a great experience visiting the store today. The store is so inviting and tranquil and I felt the positive energy as soon as I walked in. The young lady working was very patient me and my litany of questions as a I am new to crystals. She explained in great detail. I look forward to events and returning as I gain a better understanding of how to utilize my crystals. ❤️

Fantastic customer service! I have purchased a few crystals from Chakra Zulu online. My most recent order was of a small black tourmaline and a jumbo pyrite. I was disappointed when my jumbo pyrite was the same size as the small tourmaline. I emailed customer service as an FYI, knowing it was too much trouble for me to return the small pyrite, but I wanted them to know I received the wrong item.
