Chakra Flow University (CFU) is owned and was founded by Victoria Martinez. I attended both the 200 hour YTT program and a couple of years later the Advanced YTT 300 hour YTT program. Both programs are exquisitely curated and executed. Victoria and her guest teachers are superb teachers. My yoga teacher training at Chakra Flow grew me personally and professionally. I highly recommend Chakra Flow University YTT programs and am very thankful for the experience.

My experience with Chakra Flow University has been life changing. I've never committed to something the way that I've committed to my yoga journey. Chakra Flow has not only helped shape me to be a better person but now I have the opportunity to heal others through movement and various forms of wellness. I've met beautiful people, had the opportunity to travel, and learn how to build relationships from a more positive mindset. I attended Luminous Breath, a breathwork journey, with Victoria and Brian and it's hard to put into words what the experience did for me but it was exactly what I needed when I didn't know I needed it. I left feeling lighter, clearer, more aligned and with a wealth of knowledge and practical tools to use along my journey-- not to mention connecting with so many beautiful souls.
