My experience with Chakra Flow University has been life changing. I've never committed to something the way that I've committed to my yoga journey. Chakra Flow has not only helped shape me to be a better person but now I have the opportunity to heal others through movement and various forms of wellness. I attended Luminous Breath, a breathwork journey, with Victoria and Brian and it's hard to put into words what the experience did for me but it was exactly what I needed when I didn't know I needed it. I left feeling lighter, clearer, more aligned and with a wealth of knowledge and practical tools to use along my journey-- not to mention connecting with so many beautiful souls.

I attended a breathwork ceremony with Victoria & Brian and was blown away by the experience. Naturally, there can be a bit of nervousness accompanying such a vulnerable experience with people that you don't know. However, they did a great job of breaking those walls down to create a safe and comfortable environment for release & exploration. Luminous Breath Journey was my first experience with Chakra Flow University and my first opportunity to meet Victoria Martinez and Brian Strahine in person, for which I am deeply grateful.
