The best decision I’ve ever made for my yoga practice and one of the best decisions I’ve made for my personal growth. I could honestly cry just thinking about how special this program was for me. I cannot say enough positive things about Chakra Flown University. I participated in a 200 hour yoga training, which had been a goal of mine for years. This was the best experience I have had in my healing journey… to go through yoga philosophy on this level, was life changing for every single one of us. We studied the chakras both in comprehension, as well as in a personal deep dive into self reflection and awareness.
