They were very rude to my elderly father, refusing to assist him make an appointment as he doesn't have a phone. They were dismissive not understanding of his confusion with their process.

Always clean and tidy, great staff. I like the fact that there is a facility to make appointments, but also you can walk in to see if there is availability. Their coffee is great together with a good atmosphere. Oh, haircuts are good too!!
