Went into the Woodlands location looking for outdoor furniture. Spent time with Jamey trying to decide on which couch set we wanted. Picked out three different styles but wasn’t sure about couch or love seat. Went home to measure to see which set would fit the best on our dock. We have been customers for over 20yrs and the customer service is top notch! The staff is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the merchandise. We will continue to do our business with them.
My wife bought a 2300.00 lounge chair one day ago on a major credit card. The chair is not due to be delivered until Sept. She changed her mine and called to cancel the very next day and get refund back on her card. They told her she has to come back in person to cancel !! she is over an hour away from the store !! Chair King"s technology needs to join the 21st Century !! Terrible policy and customer service !!!
