Greater than Outstanding Customer Service from Barbara M. We needed a repair on a product we bought over ten years ago. While it is well beyond any warranty period, Barbara put us in contact with two individuals who could do the repair, staying in touch with us along the way. We were greatly impressed and thankful for all of her efforts.
Very friendly and professional sales staff..large inventory of outdoor furniture..I like to be in and out of places when I go to buy something, this was a painless process.
Had an issue with one of our Pollywood Adirondack chairs, submitted a warranty claim and had a replacement chair delivered in less than 2 weeks. SUPER easy working with Delaina and Chair King. Great service! A+
Ms. Barbara Mercer is a fantastic salesperson, very knowledgeable and courteous with her customers. She is definitely an asset to Chair King.
On June 12 2026, I ordered 4 patio chairs assembled with delivery, 7 year warranty for $3,000.00. They were delivered on July 9, 2026, missing nuts, bolts, washers and scratched up. Now I'm waiting for Chair King to pick up their chairs and refund my money. Not very neighborly or worth the high dollar price and a month of wasted time. Their promises and warranty are only as good as their weakest link and this order couldn't make it off the delivery truck.
