We were so excited to work with Shannon at Chair Flair and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. Shannon was lovely and kind however the execution of our wedding was very poor and the promises made were not followed through. We hired Shannon for day-of coordination. The details we discussed and shared with vendors were not executed, the room set up was terrible and the chair rentals we received were unstable and very poor quality. I cannot recommend Shannon and her team at Chair Flair enough. They completely took care of us. Shannon also offers coordination packages which I would also recommend utilizing. She is completely organized and on her game. She was able to problem solve in the moment and we weren’t even aware of the hiccups. The decor we had was spectacular and truly took my breath away when I saw it put together. Everything was magical, and more than we could ever dream of. There is a reason Shannon is the best of the best.
We absolutely loved working with Chair Flair! Their team is incredibly kind, professional, and detail-oriented—from the setup crew to the event designers and admin staff. We collaborated with them on a corporate Stampede party at BMO, and everyone was blown away by their stunning setup, especially the interactive chuck wagon display. An amazing company that truly elevates events!
I don’t have better looking pictures yet because our photos hasn’t come but! I am very grateful for Chair Flair. We just had our wedding a week ago. They really come thru with all the decorations. I rented a large portion of my decor from Chair Flair for my wedding. Shannon was fantastic to work with. She was always professional and friendly, thinking of the small details that I would have otherwise completely overlooked. Shannon also has such a great creative eye and was able to offer suggestions on what items best fit our wedding aesthetic. My wedding day went much better with Chair Flair involved - Shannon and her team are abolute professionals. Would definitely recommend their services to others!
