I found Chairs Caps on Facebook. Was very hesitant until I read all the reviews. They are exactly what others say we highly recommend them.
Worst customers service. I purchased one lot of caps and the service was good (because they obviously had them in stock) . I placed another order several weeks later and delivery was delayed a couple of months. They had no stock when i placed the order (which i wasn't made aware of). I wasn't kept advised about the status of the order, i sent several emails which were unanswered. The thing that pi$$ed me off was, i kept getting emails from them offering specials and the advertising on instagram was still saying in stock and ... read more

I ordered your sample pack which I thought was an ingenious way to ensure that I had the right size caps for my chairs. In being able to order 5 different sizes I was able to correctly size my other chairs and stools. Congrats to you for having another happy customer. I have ordered a 32 pack for my dining room and will shortly be purchasing more as I now know the correct sizing for my other chairs. Thanks for a great product.
