Garbage. I ordered some caps that were the right size and paid via the website about a week later got an email saying there was a "small delay" in delivery and that if they couldn't get them to me in 3 days then they would send them express. Nothing more for several weeks. After a month I emailed to see what was happening and was told that they were not in stock and were unlikely to coming back in stock (although were happy to sell them in the first place). Bought 3 different sizes, all fit perfectly.
Pour quality, zero customer service both by email and text. Had to wait for an item that was listed in stock as they ran out. Then the quality was not there messaged and texted over a week ago still no response. Photo taken just after opening the package never installed
I'm very happy with the silicone chair caps; chairs slide easier & don't mark our floors. The service from Chair Caps Australia was excellent.
