Incredibly poor experience. I placed my initial order on 12th September. I was advised only after ordering they didn't have stock and I needed to wait. When I eventually did receive some of my order, they hadn't provided all the items I ordered. I have contacted them at least 6 times and they have never contacted me without me following them up, extremely poor customer service. They advised they would send me the short delivered items then changed their story from they had been sent to they were waiting on stock to they had ... read more
Customer service is non existent. We have left messages via email, and voicemail ....not returned. No one picks up the phone. We have spent in excess of $300 on these products. Most were great, but others the wrong product was sent. If we don't hear back by Friday, we will be taking this to Small claims and our credit card company. Buyer Beware!!!
I feel these guys are now trading while insolvent. Ordered a month ago and every time I enquire I get an email saying the delivery is on the docks and due any day soon now. There was even an email from the CEO that pretty much said they had to keep taking orders without stock as they needed the cash. Avoid if you actually want a product.
Do not buy from this company. Ordered close to 4 weeks ago and still haven’t received my order. Then a week ago received an email stating the product had been on back order this whole time and had arrived and would be shipped out. Still haven’t received it. Website also didn’t notify it was on back order which is very deceitful. Go elsewhere.
