Fantastic experience! I couldn't find the bike I wanted in any local shop so we drove 2.5 hrs to pick it up at Chainwheel Drive after I purchased it online. Gil was pleasant, patient, and thorough in answering all of my questions. My husband also wanted to test a few bikes and Gil was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Googled the Palm Harbor store this morning and ordered a tube for my bike. Talked to woman that was holding it for pick up under our name. Waited in line outside for 20 plus minutes (not a problem because I understand the Covid 19 rules). When it was finally my turn, there was a woman that asked what I was there for, I told her, then she was gone a really long time.
