I started here recently and love it, especially given they have different kinds of workouts every day. Trainers are extremely attentive to your body's needs. Bi-weekly body scans make tracking progress convenient and you know whether you are doing something right or wrong. I absolutely recommended this place!
My wife and I went in and had the InBody scan done. Charles walked us through the results and explained how we need to make slight changes to our diet and exercise to achieve excellent health. Very informative and very knowledgeable of health and fitness. Facility was extremely clean and nice. Excellent equipment and fantastic personal training. I wish I was here for more than vacation. I've been going for over a month now to Chained Evolution. I had an idea to get fit and join the unlimited classes , but had no idea how much inspiration and help I would get to keep going to achieve my goals. Audrey and Charles have been instrumental in helping me keep at this journey and I would highly recommend anyone to join this place. A lot of value for the services they provide.
Audrey has been amazing in helping with my goal to go from hockey mom to hockey player! I signed up for a training plan at Chained Evolution. Audrey sat down with me to get a clear understanding of my goals, took some scans to get an accurate baseline, and created the perfect plan to get me back in the gym lifting like an athlete.
