I stopped in today for a simple part. The wonderful woman who helped me could not have been more patient or more kind. I didn't pretend to know the names of my chainsaw parts and she didn't make fun of me for it. The simple things make for such wonderful customer services experiences.
I have done alot of busness with will i have bought 4 different saws from him i blew my saw up after 20 years and needed a new one fast. The women in there had no time for me would not try and find lower price from the manu. They did NOTHING i found a shop in lincoln county almost 2 hours away he found discounts and got me a new saw 395xp right away and fixed 3 others. Best work from a small town thank you MR.L so do not go to chainsaw sales tgey treat you like sh.. and do not want to deal with long time customers everyone i... read more
