As soon as we enter the store for the first time we were warmly greeted and taken care of. Sonia was amazing with her knowledge and friendliness and superb customer service. She helped us try each bike she recommended and gave us lots of options. She gave us a detailed run through with bike safety. We were very happy with our purchase and their awesome customer service!

They took time to recommend new shoes that fit well, installed my cleats, lubed my pedals & even checked my brake shoes for wear. Just amazing service - over and above expectations in every way.
I have been going to Chain Reaction since they opened a little store on El Camino across from Sequoia Station many, many years ago. They have always had great service both on the retail floor and in the repair shop by knowledgeable people.
They really know bicycles -- how to repair them, accessories, etc. Also, everyone on the staff is very friendly, and I feel like I'm being treated fairly and honestly. I still miss their Homestead and Foothill location, but I'm willing to drive to Redwood City to get their high quality of service, because I have not yet found a better bike shop.
