I bought an Adventure 2 Electric bike at Chain Reaction. This is my Third bike I have purchased there. The entire staff from Phil and his wife, Brad, and everyone else working there, are nice and knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend them and The Adventure bikes to everyone, they truly do display a positive attitude and outlook.

UPDATE: i spent a considerable amount yesterday getting my bicycle back to operational. i purchased a new rim and spokes as well as 2 new tires. They mounted the tire for the rear and i took the other tire with me. After mounting the new tire on my front wheel my existing tube would not hold air. i took the wheel up there about an hour ago. i, alexander the grateful butted heads so to speak with a young gentleman who was clearly new at the time. Through God’s leadership and the leadership at the OAK Church that young man and i have since established a better relationship. The customer service here is top notch and unparalleled. i had issues with a product and they were not just willing but quick to resolve the issue(s). i have since been through multiples of that same product and recently opted for a better option that they have since provided in store.
