Came in after work to drop off my gravel bike. Stood by the service counter while people walked past me. Before I could even mention what was going on with my bike, I was told twice that they were slammed. After I told him I had a broken spoke and a ride Saturday he said maybe next week. I know busy is busy and I can’t expect people to drop what they are doing to fix my issue. Just felt like I was a real problem for even trying to drop it off. Great staff with superb customer service. While searching for an MTB Jill was very helpful. I would highly recommend Chain Reaction Bicycles for maintenance of your current bicycle or purchase of a new bicycle.
This place is awesome!!! They helped my Fiance feel comfortable with trying out new bikes and even let her and I try them out in the parking lot! At one point we though we found the perfect bike for her, but then Jill brought out an even better bike at a great price! We couldn't recommend this place more!
Very nice specialized bike shop. The lady at the front was very helpful. Thank you Chain Reaction Bicycles for the amazing experience while I was looking for a bike.
