I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Chesanek and her team. They take such great care of my girls (Luna, Cali e Flora), always so kind and patient with them (and with me too!). Dr. Chesanek explains everything in a way that makes me feel at ease and I always know my girls are in the best hands. The whole staff is welcoming and accommodating, and I really appreciate how much they care. Definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a vet who truly loves what they do.
This review is long overdue, as we are no longer current clients, but I've always meant to go back and write a review for Chain or Lakes and its amazing team, who all took such great care of our sweet pupper for almost 2 years before we moved. Such a knowledgeable, caring and loving team of Vets and staff from the front door, during the visit and after care!! They send text messages with updates on how your pet is doing when they are left at the clinic for procedures and follow up when they are back home many times. Every appointment is very detailed with explanations about your pet's conditions, organized and on time. And they do the most for them to feel comfortable and loved. 🩹
