I am always able to get an appointment in a timely manner. I know if I call a few days for nonemergency reasons I can get in. I find all who work there to be professional and I am well pleased with the clinic.

Not Sure whats going on but my wife talked to the Nurse yesterday at 4pm she told her I could pick up a sample kit this morning at 10 am! I was there at 10 am only to have to sit and wait another 20 minutes to get the sample kit! Then after leaving and looking in the bag find that they did not put everything in the bag! So had to go back and get te rest of the stuff! Nothing but bad luck with this place. My last doctor requested patients give him some of the meds he prescribed. Google it! Today I am coming down with something rapidly (two family members had strep) and my doctor at St. Elizabeth clinic in Appleton (same network as this place) referred me straight to lab. This place does not take outside clients in their lab EVEN IN THEIR own network which is Ministry/Ascension. Now, I will get in the car tomorrow with one year old and fever and drive over to the St. Elizabeth clinic. This... read more
