We have a membership and love it! Always great service, but yesterday, exceptional! Jack Golden not only brushed my car down before I went through but brushed my windshield! Having just come over the pass collecting bugs, I sure appreciate his effort!
I usually always use this car wash but today there were significant scratches on the side of my car. It is not worth going there and risking your paint to be damaged. I now see multiple other reviews where they say the same thing happens.
I love everything about this place, except I wish they had a "no touch" option. Yes, I know spraying it won't get it as clean, but I would rather go through the wash a few times with that than the current touch option. I believe that the wash or the workers with the scrub brushes scratched my new car. Other than that, excellent place. I would not hesitate to bring my older vehicles here.
