I am sharing my experience so others can be aware. After my car was towed to their shop, I decided to call another towing company to move it elsewhere. I asked them to place my car on the roadside so I could arrange the pickup. I was told that the police would not allow it, which did not seem accurate. Only after I insisted strongly did they finally release my vehicle. On top of that, I was charged an additional towing fee that I believe was unnecessary. They towed my car from My Apartment but later were very helpful in the overall process. Very good and Honest guys, I highly recommend this shop for any automotive needs.
