Worse workers ever the front desk very rude very unprofessional I went here sick with temperature the one lady who was in front desk said that my insurance card not active I back home and found another card sent them and call her if she can check my insurance card if it's active she said we can't provide it over the phone I have to back to them to just check if my card active or not?! I had an amazing experience here! I saw Jessica, a PA and she was amazing! All of the staff were so nice and so helpful and I didn’t even have to wait to be seen! Thank you Chai Urgent Care for such a wonderful experience!
Well trained professionals who charge a fair amount for a job well done. When giving covid tests, they actually perform it correctly and get inside the nostrils instead of just grazing it. I'm more than happy to continue coming here, over CityMD ANYDAY of the week. Great job and your staff is wonderful!
I came in early 2023 for a visit and gave them my insurance and paid my copay. Over a year later I get sent a bill as if my insurance was never charged. For several months they contacted me multiple times for a bill that should’ve been taken care of by my insurance and then magically 2 weeks ago they managed to correct my insurance information and the claim went through…..when they could have done this months back.
