Front desk women doesn’t know how to give proper customer service. I called for directions and she hung up the phone.
They saved my life two times 🙏
Worse workers ever the front desk very rude very unprofessional I went here sick with temperature the one lady who was in front desk said that my insurance card not active I back home and found another card sent them and call her if she can check my insurance card if it's active she said we can't provide it over the phone I have to back to them to just check if my card active or not?! I had an amazing experience here! I saw Jessica, a PA and she was amazing! All of the staff were so nice and so helpful and I didn’t even have to wait to be seen! Thank you Chai Urgent Care for such a wonderful experience!
