The office was full, yet we were all served quickly and professionally with a courteous and friendly team! PA Yitz Shollar was knowledgeable and fantastic!
What a disappointment! After several great visits in the past, I went here as per hours on internet, only to find completly snow-covered front steps. i went around, thinking there might be a side entrance, and saw someone sitting at a computer; when I mouthed: "Open?", they shook their head. And that was that. Please, update your hours! I just wasted an hour on a tight schedule and wound up going to a different urgent care. I will most likely not come to Chai again, becuase you have lost my trust.
