Sign and voice message says they are open till midnight… they are not! It’s 9pm and this place looks abandoned . Grass is overgrown.. We site is not accurate either, no one answers any of their phones regardless of time

Showed up before 7PM on a Tuesday. The sign says they're open until midnight. Google maps says they're open until 10PM. The parking lot was empty, no one was there. The place was closed. The building looks extremely run down from the outside. Went to another urgent care in Howell (which has several of Chai's ex employees), and was told that Chai Urgent care is one of the worst in the area. Don't go here.

Wait was longer than usual which happens. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Disappointment that they still use cheap brand rapid strep tests. Was in last week for kids strep test. Both negative when they clearly had strep symptoms. I mentioned that I’ve seen how their off brand rapids are negative, the medical assistant agreed that they’re not the best. Ended up going elsewhere afterward, where they used OSOM rapids and both kids tested positive. Two days later I get a call from chai that overnight was positive. Said no ... read more
