Wait was longer than usual which happens. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Disappointment that they still use cheap brand rapid strep tests. Was in last week for kids strep test. Both negative when they clearly had strep symptoms. I mentioned that I’ve seen how their off brand rapids are negative, the medical assistant agreed that they’re not the best. Ended up going elsewhere afterward, where they used OSOM rapids and both kids tested positive. Two days later I get a call from chai that overnight was positive. Said no ... read more

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Had me on hold for well over 10 mins and never came back to the phone. I had to call over and over for them to answer again & when they finally did, I asked to whom I was speaking to and I'm pretty sure the girl gave me a fake name. And if that wasn't enough, she then slams the phone down ending the call; I wasn't even finished speaking. Smh I'll gladly go way out the way to avoid this ridiculous place.

Says there open till midnight. Went there with a sick kid with a throbbing ear infection. Then they told us 10:00 when we showed up. Don’t show up after 9:00. We arrived at 9:30 and told we could check in and wait while the doctor finished stitching up another patient. The receptionist told us It would take her a half hour and she probably won’t see us if she’s goes past ten o’clock because she lives far away. The place is dirty out dated is far the wrong wrong ! They said to have a cleaning company come I’ve worked there for 3 months never seen a cleaning company I cleaned the place up ! The materials they use on patients are expired like eye wash . They use same bottle and tip to un clogg people ears ! I have seen it in person! Old ear wax on tip of bottle ! I showed up with a sick child at 7:30 p.m. on a Monday night. This is supposedly during their operating hours. The parking lot was empty and the building was dark. Nobody there. Calls to the front desk went to voicemail. I am not sure what is going on but I would not waste my time. There are plenty other urgent cares in the area.
