Don't go here. You're better off going to a somewhere else. They wait 2 years later to tell you, you need to pay. It should take that long and when you ask why it take so long they make up BS excuses
Place is nice but billing is horrible. Both my children got billed over a year after visit. Place is in network, co-pay was paid during visit and insurance paid the bill. Chai is sending a bill for difference between what they contracted with being in network of insurance and what they billed. I wonder how many People just paid that without questioning. So shady and dishonest

Easy, quick, and friendly. Great experience! I originally gave a 5 star but things have changed. Unfortunately, they have been trying to bill me for urgent care visit cost which was for a Covid vaccine (covered by my insurance and the US government) during the pandemic. I have explained this twice in writing but it seems they are just double billing or put it down as an actual visit rather than a Covid shot. Too bad, they were very friendly but will not use again.
