They claim to give your results in 5 days and in reality takes longer and it’s impossible to reach anyone in regards to it. Waste of time.
this site is very disorganized. lack of personnel to direct traffic and cars. they should open earlier in order accommodate those who can not come later in the day. they also give priority to city workers right as they open, i'm not saying this is bad but they should at least schedule these people at a different time or place. 30 min after opening and only one car has gone through the tent. very bad service.
Chai Urgent care definitely are not organized. I'm currently here at the covid testing site in passaic on 8th street. This whole set up looks like it's been neglected it looks very abandoned. I've been on hold for 20 mins now and haven't managed to speak to anyone who knows what's going on this site. I've been here since 930 am to form a line and get a head start. It's 1130 am, no one is here at the testing site and they supposedly open at 11 am. There's a big line behind me and everyone is just as confused.
