I ordered food for a resident via uber eats. The front desk failed to notify the correct room.The delivery driver told the front desk the name and room number. The wrong person was escorted with his cane to the front desk.. it was horrible. The lady at the desk didn't care that she made the wrong old disabled person walk from the cafeteria to the front desk only to find out the delivery food wasn't his.
