December 2025 - I want to first assure potential new patients that negative reviews from FIVE+ years ago, aren't relevant now. The phone is answered before it rings a second time, and has been since *at least* 2023. I will freely admit it was problematic when I began bringing my husband here in 2020, but that was a long time ago, and staff members change. - There isn't a physician worth a damn that wants to listen to a patient insist on their own course of treatment. Staff is NOT FRIENDLY!!!!! The Girls who answers the phone to Dr. Chai office are RUDE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I tried to make a appointment for a earlier time I dont even think she checked to see. Just straight up said no we are Booked. I'm leaving this office this dont make any sense she don't have any available time to see patients

Dr. Chai is knowledgeable, very caring & very attentive. She will review every single lab result with you & try supplements option instead of jumping straight to medications. My cholesterol improved with supplements. Best family doc out here!!!
