Took forever to tell me how much it would cost. I came in for a physical and drug test for new job. The physical was so minimal and the drug test was a joke. He told me go pee don't flush. I had all my stuff with me and it just felt very unprofessional. This place seemed Iike a scene out of a movie. Will request from my employer to not send any other employees there. Also I thought I left something at the office and they closed well before the 5pm closing time. They had signed printed and tapped that said closed today.

I took my son to get checked for Strep since it seemed convenient and close to my home, but had an extremely disappointing experience overall and won’t be returning. While the Medical Assistant was very nice and patient with my son, we had to wait over 10 minutes just to be signed in when we arrived, since there was no one at the front desk (at 10:00am)! After getting swabbed for Strep and told that the rapid results would be ready in a few minutes, we were then told that they do not have any rapid kits available. How does a... read more

I had to go to chai for some of my medical needs last week and I am amazed by the experience I had with the amazing staff! From Natalie checking me in to seeing the NP Avigail, my experience was one of the best I’ve ever had!! I will be recommending Chai care in Airmont to everybody!!!
