I had a very disappointing and distressing experience with Chahal Overseas Immigration and Amarvir Singh Chahal. I was misled and financially exploited during the LMIA and work permit process. I was promised a 2-year valid work permit with a genuine employer, but after paying large sums of money, I discovered the LMIA was for a different location, with only 1-year validity, and the restaurant was already shut down.
