RecommendedOur dog LOVES it here! She has anxiety and is very timid around strangers and struggles w. settings outside of her own but can’t wait to get out of the car and run into the Chagrin Lucky Dog Kennel. Never see her tail and butt wag as much as it does as when we arrive. We typically have a friend or family house-sit for our dog when we go on vacation but this year we kenneled her there bc she loves it so much. Very clean facility and super sweet staff. Highly recommend.
Staff all greet my dog by name, are cheerful and caring. And I love that day play is included in overnight boarding!

The staff is welcoming and friendly and always willing to work with him on his latest training cues or gives us tips when needed! Killian arrives happy and excited for boarding or daycare and comes home happier, well exercised and tired!

Lucky dog has the best people working there, and the place is always clean and smelling good. The staff remembers each dog and their np names, and they put our pets'well being above concerns about their bottom line. It's a great place! Buster always rushes to get in and loves going!
