I started training at Chagrin Fitness over 5 years ago after 2 back surgeries & no muscle tone left - a shadow of myself. Jeff, the owner & his other trainers brought me back to life!! I can't say enough wonderful things about the facility, the equipment, the knowledge but mostly the care & concern for your well being! There is no other place in the city like it!!

I have worked out all my life, but once I hit my 50’s I was injuring myself and not recovering like I did in my 30 and 40’s. My job and passions all revolve around being physically active so this was a problem. After diagnosing my issues I teamed up with Jeff and after 18 months I haven’t felt this good in over a decade. I have been working out at Chagrin Fitness for over 15 years and I have had the best experiences! I have trained with a few different people there and every single one of them is excellent and cares! I have a lot of muscle issues and they are able to help me override some of my ailments! I highly recommend it!

Amazing training experience. I just had back surgery and Jeff Palsa was able to get me back to good health. I had difficulty walking and the improvements he has made in strength training is remarkable. His training techniques and attention to individual growth with weight lifting and exercise has been wonderful. Highly recommended, Jeff is the consummate professional.
