I went to see Dr Carol this afternoon. I went to Dr Carol years back because of her holistic approach to veterinary care. She provided a lot of good sound advice on pet care, but I was not at all pleased with her bedside manner. Today's appointment was more than I could bear. There was a woman waiting in the lobby and I asked if she was waiting for assistance. She stated her 6-month-old dog was in the back with the doctor. I asked why she was not in there with her dog. Same day appointment fantastic service no one better Dr. Carol is fantastic, aside from being a local Chagrin Resident for last 25+ years, she is an ace veterinarian. I brought my dog Marley to doctor because he was scratching all over after he came in from the yard. Dr. Carol was able to treat him the same day i called, (a Saturday and there was no emergency fee). I am so jealous of the people who love pets that live in Chagrin Falls. My Shiba Inu and I have been consulting with Dr. Carol for a few years now over the phone... A few years longer than she was supposed to live thanks to Dr. Carol. Chagrin Falls has a world class Vet that loves your pets as much as you do and that's what makes all the difference.
