I just had my first appointment here last week and was extremely disappointed by the service I received. I am a new patient and am pregnant, so I did not want any x-rays. The hygienist was extremely nice, but the actual dentist barely looked at my teeth and was extremely short and rude with me because I refused the x-rays due to my pregnancy...I have been to dentists in the past and have never received this kind of treatment. Just had my first appointment and I was impressed with the happy environment and positive attitude of the people I encountered. Maura did an excellent job; conversational and very kind! I'll keep her going forward as my hygienist because she'll be a pleasure to see. Dr. Hausmann was a pleasure, too. Got down to business in a professional, yet enjoyable, manner. After moving to Ohio, I performed an exhaustive search for a reputable Dentist & have been very pleased with Chagrin Falls Dental. My Dental Hygienist, Emily, is EXCELLENT! She has a lovely personality, is very calm, professional, efficient, & gentle in her thorough cleaning of my teeth. I've now seen both Dr. Bresciani & Dr. Hausmann, who seem very knowledgeably & capable.
