I am really glad to have Chagrin Auto Spa nearby! The car washes are great, and the guys who run the oil change service are awesome too. They’re always respectful, kind and don’t try to oversell you on needless stuff. Just today, my son’s car was leaking oil and they quickly fixed it - even replaced a bad part- and charged me nothing at all. In a world where customer service skills are fading away, it’s refreshing to encounter the excellent, honest service you get here. Thanks!!
Friendly personnel and fast service. I have been getting car washes and oil changes here for a few years. Everyone I talk to is very friendly and I haven't had any scratches or swirls from the car wash.
