Lamentablemente no me permite poner cero estrella pero eso es lo q realmente merece!! La verdad el dueño el Sr Chago es una persona que no se le puede hablar fui a su local porq le vendió una nevera al dueño donde vivo (nevera q uso y q está incompleta, faltaban unas piezas, y como yo era la perjudicada fui hablar con el), pero este señor comenzó a pegarme gritos y a correrme de su tienda, su esposa ni lo podía controlar. Al final no me resolvió. No los recomiendo para nada, traten de evitar este lugar!!

Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Owner claims he can fix any refrigerator and ended up coming to my house 5 times in a week, each time claiming a different part was broken. Had the nerve to have an attitude each time I called to complain it wasn’t fixed. Please stay away from this place.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Absolutely terrible. Technician came to look a stove leaking gas and said there was no gas leak. Demanded $150 for spending 20 minutes checking for leaks because he claimed the work was guaranteed. Fast forward 12 hours, entire kitchen smells of gas. Had to call National Grid for an emergency inspection and found out it was a burner leaking gas and was told I would have to shut my gas line off and replace the stove.
