Great physician
Great doctor. Listens. Easy to talk to.
Wonderful knowledgeable doctor. He is very detailed and gets things done fast and efficiently.
Had horrible experience with this doctor at Metro Health. My mom had telephone appointment with him and he never called, basically did not show up at the appointment. Next day, did not want to treat my mom’s problems and asked to find a new provider, I said no bad words at him that day. I would NEVER recommend this doctor.
Poor communication and service. Avoid Chagin and MetroHealth. Dr Chagin was my doctor on and off for 20 years. He took a month to write a letter for me to my employer. I received no direct communication from his office via MyChart or any other medium at any point. When he did finally fax this letter for me, it was one sentence, so I scheduled a second phone visit to follow up. Major hassle, very stressful. 2 months I had to work on this.
