I had a very disappointing experience at 201-3427 Derry Rd E Malton Dental. My child had an appointment at 11:30 AM, but they called at the last minute to reschedule for 1:00 PM. I rearranged my day and showed up on time at 1:00, but I was left waiting again for over 30 minutes. Even though the clinic was empty, they took me to a room and kept me waiting even longer. Please note (don’t go chagger dental ever)i dont want to give even one star truly.i went there for my six year old daughter.dr jennifer was not very nice with her.I didn’t like the way they do their treatment,very rush ,lack of respect and rude behaviour.she didn’t let me to ask things,stopped me and told you can’t talk here .like seriously.she said you have to pay 100 dollars for teeth cleaning which we don’t want.when I told her we don’t want cleaning she said i been doing cleaning already which wasn’t true.my daughter was... read more
