I had a very disappointing experience at 201-3427 Derry Rd E Malton Dental. My child had an appointment at 11:30 AM, but they called at the last minute to reschedule for 1:00 PM. I rearranged my day and showed up on time at 1:00, but I was left waiting again for over 30 minutes. Even though the clinic was empty, they took me to a room and kept me waiting even longer.
