This is an amazing dental office and Dr Elkada and Dr Kachuck are amazing!
I am assuming most people are not looking forward to a trip to the dentist. I am one of those most people, however I had no choice, but to finally let Dr. Kachuck deal with issues due to my recessive gums. Have I enjoyed hearing that typical high pitch sound of the dentist's machine? Absolutely not. The smell of burned stuff? Nope. But, to my surprise, there has been absolutely no pain, during the 1 hour procedure, or after the freezing wore off, hours later. No pain whatsoever. The staff are always smiling, kind, and courteous. The dentists and dental assistants are highly skilled and provide thorough explanations. I highly recommend them!
My first visit - I went in for a routine cleaning, which was done efficiently, pain free and by a very pleasant hygienist. After the cleaning the doctor met with me to discuss my x-rays and next steps. All this was done with a pleasant and efficient demeanor which left me feeling like Concorde Dental cared for the well being of its patients first and foremost.
