i find Chafic is very down to earth and very easy to talk to, some psychologists seem as if they have never had any personal struggles in their life and have learnt everything they know from a text book, with Chafic it feels like he actually knows what you're talking about from experience.
Chaf looked after my mental health during 2017-18 when I felt a little bit of underlying anxiety and wasn't sure whether I actually needed professional advice or not but wanted to make sure that I was on track.
